OUR SERVICES

We have a general, civil practice. Over the past years, we have handled almost every type civil case, including general civil litigation, divorce, custody, accident cases, breach of contract, insurance defense, fraud, land disputes, and host of other matters. By choice, we limit our criminal practice to minor criminal offenses such as DUI and traffic offenses.

We concentrate in the representation of companies and individuals in the fields of collections, creditor bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and defense work. We have never filed a bankruptcy petition for a debtor and limit our practice to creditors. 

In recent years we have developed a (primarily) elder law practice of assisting those in need of nursing home services to qualify for Medicaid payment.
